A fatal crash occurred on the eastbound access road of Northeast Loop 410 near Jones Maltsberger in San Antonio on Wednesday. The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Latrevious Montrell Reed, a food delivery driver.

According to San Antonio police, Reed lost control upon exiting the highway, colliding with a barrier and another vehicle. The car continued through a gated parking lot before coming to a stop against a building. 

Despite efforts to extract him from the vehicle, Reed was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The multi-vehicle accident is still being investigated by the authorities. There are no other details available at this time.
