On Tuesday, a child and a woman suffered injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Memphis.

As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place on Interstate 55 southbound to Interstate 240 east at 11:02 a.m. On arrival, emergency personnel rushed the woman to the Regional One hospital with critical injuries while the child was transported to LeBonheur in non-critical condition.
