Two students injured after getting struck by a vehicle in Saugus (Santa Clarita, CA)

Two students on the Saugus High School Cross Country team were hospitalized Monday morning after being hit by a vehicle.

As per the initial information, emergency crews actively responded to the intersection of Alamogordo Road and Bouquet Canyon Road in Saugus after getting reports of an auto-pedestrian crash just before 9 a.m. Monday.

The early reports showed that two pedestrians were involved in the accident and both were hospitalized. The reports further revealed that two pedestrians involved were both members of the Saugus High School Cross Country Team. The identities of the victims remain undisclosed. No other details are available.

The incident remains under review.
