Authorities identified 59-year-old George Goss, of Las Vegas, as the man who died at a hospital after a two-vehicle crash that happened late last month, according to Metro Police.
Authorities confirmed that George Goss succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. The fatal bicycle accident took place Nov. 29 at East Flamingo and South Mojave roads. The investigation reports showed that Goss was going through a crosswalk with flashing yellow lights when he was struck by a car that was traveling east on Flamingo.
The driver of the car, only identified as an 18-year-old Las Vegas woman, remained unharmed in the accident. Authorities believe that impairment on the part of the driver was not a factor. No other details are available.
An investigation continues.
