Officials identified 22-year-old Alberto Reyes who died after a motorcycle crash in south Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ)

Authorities identified 22-year-old Alberto Reyes as the man who lost his life following a two-vehicle accident late Tuesday night in south Phoenix.

As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place just before 11:30 p.m. near 11th Street and Southern Avenue. The preliminary reports showed that a man on a motorcycle crashed into a car.

The man, identified as 22-year-old Alberto Reyes, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The driver of the car incurred only minor injuries. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No further details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
