A motor vehicle accident near Georgia Southern Armstrong campus led to minor injuries.
As per the initial information, the traffic accident took place on Abercorn Street near the intersection of Science Drive. According to the officials, the incident led to injuries; however, it is unknown how many victims in total were involved.
The northbound lanes on Abercorn Street in that area were shut down as crews worked at the scene, but the road has since reopened. The events that have led up to the accident remain unclear at this time. No additional information has been provided.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
