On Monday night, a man sustained injuries following a head-on crash in Fresno.

As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place a little after 6:00 p.m. near Cedar Avenue and Sierra Avenue. On arrival, responding officers found an elderly man with serious injuries. The man was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
