Man dead after an auto-pedestrian collision in Everett (Everett, WA)

A man in his 30s was killed after being struck by a vehicle Sunday night in Everett.

As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian collision took place on Airport Road and Evergreen Way. The early reports showed that a man tried to cross the street from West to East on the south side of Airport Road.

The pedestrian reportedly did not have the right of way when he was hit by a vehicle that had the right of way. The involved driver stayed scene and cooperated with the investigators. The driver did not display any signs of impairment. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
