Four teenagers were hospitalized after a car filled with seven teens slammed into a Phoenix home Monday afternoon.
As per the initial information, authorities actively responded to the area near 35th Avenue and Thunderbird Road after getting reports of a single-car crash at about 4:30 p.m. The early reports showed that a car carrying seven teenagers crashed into the corner of a nearby home. The reports further indicated that the car was speeding when it whizzed by another vehicle on the road and rammed into a home.
A 14-year-old girl and two 14-year-old boys received critical injuries in the accident. A 15-year-old girl is being treated for non-fatal injuries. Four other people got treated on the scene. No one was inside the home at the time of the crash. It was also reported that driver of the car did not have a license. Police said that citations could be issued after cause of the crash is determined. No further details are available.
