Driver escapes injury after a high-speed crash on the South Side (San Antonio, TX)

On Tuesday, a woman escaped injuries after her vehicle flipped over on the South Side.

As per the initial information, the single-vehicle crash took place at about 2:10 a.m. in the 8100 block of South Presa Street, south of Southeast Military Drive. The early reports showed that the woman was driving a Dodge Challenger at a high rate of speed when she rolled the vehicle off the road.

Luckily, the woman remained unharmed in the accident. Officers conducted a field sobriety test to find out if intoxication played a role in the crash. At this time, it is unknown if the woman was intoxicated. No further details were provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
