On Sunday night, a man was seriously injured in a crash involving a bicycle and a vehicle on Fairplex Drive and Arroyo Avenue.
As per the Pomona police, the two-vehicle collision happened on Fairplex Drive and Arroyo Avenue at 9:31 p.m. On arrival, officers found an unresponsive and critically injured man on the ground in the traffic lanes. Medical responders immediately took him to a hospital for treatment.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. The officers confirmed that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of crash. The identity of the victim remains undisclosed at this time.
The crash remains under review.
