The Police department reported a motor vehicle crash in Midland.
The officials stated that only one vehicle is involved in the collision.
Midland resident Benjamin Montgomery was on SH 158 heading west.
He turned across the lanes of approaching traffic.
Montgomery then hit a fence and repeatedly rolled over.
He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by the officials.
It is unclear what caused the crash and if drugs or alcohol was a factor involved.
The crash is being investigated by the police.
