The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has identified 67-year-old John Mouchou who lost his life in a fatal crash in Sparks. At this time, Mouchou’s city of residence is not known.
Mouchou’s death came following a wreck involving three vehicles at the eastbound I-80 off ramp to Sparks Boulevard just after 12:30 A.M. on Wednesday. The off-ramp was shut down for several hours as a result of the crash. Authorities are trying to find out the cause that led to the crash while the Coroner’s office is still determining the exact cause of Mouchou’s death.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
