On Thursday morning, Lincoln Avenue was shut down in both directions following a motor vehicle accident in Alameda.
As per the initial information, the traffic collision was reported a little after 8:30 a.m. At this time, it is unknown how many vehicles in total were involved in the crash. It is also unclear if the accident led to any injuries.
Lincoln Avenue was blocked between Fifth and Webster as crews worked at the scene. Motorists were asked to adopt alternate routes. The events that have led up to the crash also remain unknown. No other details are immediately available.
