On Wednesday, two people were hospitalized following a traffic collision in North Knox County.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of East Racoon Valley Road in North Knox County after getting reports of a motor vehicle accident. The early reports showed that two people suffered injuries as a result of the crash.
On arrival, emergency personnel took the two victims to UT Medical Center by ambulance in unknown condition. The events that have led up to the accident remain unclear at this time. No other details are made available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
