On Thursday evening, one person suffered injuries following a motorcycle accident on U.S. 54 and Montana Avenue.
The incident took place at about 5:10 p.m. along southbound US 54 at the Montana exit. On arrival, emergency crews transported one victim to the hospital with non-critical injuries, police reported. The accident may snarl traffic going across the U.S. Mexico border to Juarez.
The identity of the victim remains unknown at this time. Officials have not provided any other information regarding the collision at this time. It is also unknown if any other vehicles were involved.
The authorities will continue to investigate the crash.
