On Wednesday morning, a man suffered injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Clinton Avenue.
As per the initial information, the hit-and-run crash took place at about 3:30 a.m. on Clinton Avenue and Highway 99. The preliminary investigation showed that a vehicle hit a 48-year-old man while he was walking his bicycle in the eastbound lanes of Clinton Avenue.
The vehicle left the scene after hitting the bicyclist. On arrival, emergency personnel took the victim to a local hospital with head injuries. The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed. No other details have been provided by the officials.
