On Monday afternoon, 8-year-old boy lost his life following a traffic collision on Louisiana Avenue.
The fatal two-vehicle crash took place a little before 5 p.m. in the 3100 block of Louisiana Avenue near Ardoin Memorial Drive. Officials confirmed that one person was killed in the accident. The deceased was only identified as an 8-year-old boy and his name has not been revealed.
On the other hand, two people incurred only minor injuries in the crash. The events that have led up to the accident remain unclear at this time. No additional information has been released by the authorities.
