According to the Fruitport Township Police, a motor vehicle accident occurred in Muskegon County on Tuesday.
The crash happened at Heights Ravenna Road and Brooks Road at around 4:48 p.m.
The officials stated that a semi-tractor was involved in the crash following the collision.
According to the Police, a 68-year-old woman suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the deceased woman was not revealed by the Fruitport Township Police.
The officials are investigating whether drugs, alcohol, distracted driving, or speed played a factor in the crash.
No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
