According to the Tucson Police, a fatal crash was reported on Tuesday in Tucson.

Authorities confirmed that one person died due to the accident.

Officials confirmed that the collision occurred in the 4900 block of East Speedway, near North Arcadia Avenue.

The deceased woman was identified as Roxane Marie Forbes.

A white 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee struck Forbes while attempting to cross the speedway.

Forbes was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.

The driver of the Cherokee cooperated with the investigation.

The crash remains under the purview of the Tucson Police.
