Vivian A Swaim, of Kilgore, was rushed to Christus Trinity Mother Frances – Kilgore where she later died of her injuries. Swaim’s passenger was taken to LSU Hospital – Shreveport and is listed in critical condition.

Three were taken to hospitals, one via a helicopter. The loop was expected to remain blocked for another two hours or more while crews worked at the scene. No other details are available.
