On Wednesday, officials identified 39-year-old Meghan O’Sullivan as the woman who lost her life after being struck by an SUV Tuesday in West Hollywood.
The fatal auto-pedestrian crash took place at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunset Boulevard and Hammond Street. According to the authorities, Meghan O’Sullivan, from West Hollywood, succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
The preliminary reports showed that O’Sullivan was crossing the street against a red traffic signal when she was hit by the vehicle. The man driving the SUV stayed at the scene and was questioned by authorities. No further information is available.
An investigation is ongoing.
