On Tuesday, the Clark County Coroner’s Office reported a fatal pedestrian crash near Flamingo Road and Arville Street.
A hit-and-run accident was allegedly reported by police against James Frasco.
Frasco was driving east on West Flamingo while the pedestrian was walking outside a marked crosswalk across all lanes of Flamingo.
His truck allegedly struck the pedestrian, Emanuel Alonzo-Manuel,31, who was projected forward after crossing the path.
Manuel was pronounced dead at the scene.
Frasco fled the scene and was last spotted near Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.
He was later arrested by the police and faced charges of failing to stop at the scene of a crash involving death.
