The officials stated that a drunk person crashed into an intentionally placed vehicle on the highway near Hickey Boulevard.
The crash injured one CHP officer, one citizen, and the wrong-way driver.
Officials arrested the driver for felony driving under the influence.
The crash happened at around 4:07 a.m.
The officials did not disclose the identity of the victims involved in the crash.
