3 people hospitalized after a fiery accident in north Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ)

Three people were hospitalized following a traffic accident in north Phoenix, officials said on Nov. 19

As per the initial information, the fiery crash took place near 35th Avenue and Cactus. Authorities immediately responded to the crash scene and, on arrival, found one car on its side and another vehicle that had caught fire. Five people in total were involved in the accident.

A man and woman in their 50s were rushed to a hospital in critical condition while a 19-year-old man was also transported to the hospital in stable condition. Two other people did not want to be taken to the hospital. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear.

An investigation is ongoing.
