Official reports indicate that a motorcyclist was involved and killed as a result of a motorcycle crash on Farm to Market Road 51. The incident reportedly took place on Monday night.
Authorities from the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the call at 11 PM and arrived on the scene of the one-vehicle crash near Granbury.
A preliminary investigation shows that Luke P Fetterolf, 28 was travelling at a high speed and was unable to negotiate a curve. This speed caused him to leave the roadway and strike a fence.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. DPS provided no additional details.
