The Washington Police Department responded to a fiery car crash in the early morning hours of Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24, around 12:18 a.m.
Upon the arrival of the officers, a vehicle was found inside the lobby area of the Missouri Health & Wealth Dispensary in Washington.
A Chevrolet passenger was located inside the dispensary. The driver was identified as a 24-year-old Washington woman.
According to the investigators, the 24-year-old was heading northbound on Highway 47. The vehicle later erupted into flames after the collision.
The dispensary suffered heavy smoke damage and fire.
The driver was taken to Mercy Hospital Washington for minor injuries.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
