According to the officials, a motor vehicle crash was reported in Goodyear.
The officials reported that 20-year-old Guzman Vasquez was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday at around 2:40 p.m.
The family members stated that Guzman left the home near Yuma Road and Cotton lane in a black Q50 Infinity 4-door Sedan and crashed through a brick wall and into the garage of a home located half a mile south of Yuma Road.
Officials reported that Guzman was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash.
A Goodyer fire personnel pulled out Guzman and she was taken to a trauma center. She was later pronounced dead by the authorities.
According to the Goodyear Police Department, Guzman was making suicidal statements.
The Police provided no additional information regarding the fatal crash.
