The California Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash in Porterville.
The crash happened on Highway 190 near Pleasant Oak drive.
The California Highway Patrol reports parts of a car strewn across the road and a vehicle lying on its roof.
The roads are completely blocked following the crash. It will remain close for an extended period, said CHP.
An investigation into the crash is under review.
