On Monday afternoon, an adult and a child suffered injuries following a rollover accident in Austin.
As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place at about 2:38 p.m. at 9600 E US 290 near Johnny Morris Road. On arrival, emergency personnel rushed an adult with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries and a child with serious injuries to Dell Seton Medical Center.
It is unknown how many vehicles in total were involved in the crash. The events that have led up to the wreck also remain unclear. Motorists should expect long closures in the area, officials said. No other details are immediately available.
