According to the California Fire Unit, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Yucaipa on Saturday night.
The crash happened along the eastbound lanes of I-10 at 16th Street at around 6:30 p.m.
The officials stated that a total of 6 vehicles were involved in the collision injuring 10 people.
According to the reports, 3 people suffered major injuries and were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The identity of the injured victims was not revealed by the California Fire Unit.
Some portions of the eastbound lanes of I-10 at 16th Street are blocked for further investigation.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided by the Deputies.
