According to the Lubbock Police Department, a motorcycle crash was reported on Friday in Lubbock.

Authorities confirmed that one person was seriously injured due to the accident.

Officials stated that the collision occurred near the 3500 block of Idalou Road.

A motorcycle crashed with an unknown object.

One person was injured due to this and was immediately transported to University Medical Center by the EMS

No other details pertaining to the wreck have been revealed as yet.

The crash remains under investigation by the LPD.
