According to the officials, a pedestrian accident was reported in El Paso on Sunday morning.
The officials reported that the crash occurred near the intersection of Montana Avenue and Admiral Street at around 12:42 a.m.
The officials stated that a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Special Traffic Investigators arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
