One person was killed and another received injuries after a pickup truck rear-ended a Sedan Wednesday on North Dallas highway.
As per the initial information, the fatal car accident took place in the 2000 block of N. Central Expressway at 3:22 a.m. The early reports showed that a Dodge Ram pickup heading southbound slammed into the back of a Lexus sedan that was stopped in the left lane.
A passenger in the Lexus sedan was declared dead at the scene while the driver was taken to the hospital with non-critical injuries. The driver of the Dodge pickup remained unharmed in the accident. The identities of the victims have not been revealed at this time. No other information is available.
The accident remains under investigation.
