1 Person Injured In A Multi-Vehicle Accident in Knoxville (Knoxville, TN)

According to the Rural Metro Fire crews, a multi-vehicle accident was reported on Sunday in Knoxville. 

The officials reported that a car crashed into a building on Clinton Highway near West Emory Road. 

Two cars were involved in the collision following which one of the cars went off the road and hit a power pole and crashed into some sheds. 

The crews arrived in time and rescued the driver who was trapped in the car that hit the pole. Officials stated that the driver suffered unknown injuries from the crash. 

The officials reported that the occupants of the other car were not injured in the crash. 

The officials did not reveal the identity of the injured victim. 

The Rural Metro police are yet to clarify whether drugs, alcohol or reckless driving was the factor involved in the crash.
