On Tuesday, one person was hurt following a traffic collision in Baton Rouge.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of 3063 Bootsie Drive at about 7:20 a.m. after getting reports of a two-vehicle crash. The early reports showed that a car and school bus were involved in the accident.
There were no children on the bus at the time of the collision. On arrival, paramedics transported the driver of the car to the hospital with unspecified injuries. The events that have led up to the crash remain unknown. No other details are immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
