One person received injuries after a single-car accident Tuesday evening in Woodside.
As per the initial information, the crews actively responded to a rollover crash that began on Skyline Blvd. and ended on La Honda Road. The early reports showed that a Chevrolet Camaro heading along Skyline Blvd. (Highway 35) lost control for unknown reasons and flipped multiple times, hitting trees and eventually coming to a stop on the eastbound lanes of La Honda (Highway 84).
Due to the impact, airbags were deployed. On arrival, first responders freed one person who was taken to the hospital for evaluation. The extent of injuries sustained by the victim remains unknown at this time. No further details are available.
An investigation is underway.
