On Tuesday night, at least one person died following a two-vehicle accident in southwest Las Vegas.
As per the initial information, officers were called to the area of Blue Diamond Road between South Rainbow Boulevard and South Jones Boulevard at 8:43 p.m. The preliminary investigation showed that a motorcycle and a tractor trailer were involved in the collision.
Officers confirmed that at least one person was killed as a result of the accident. Blue Diamond was shut down between Rainbow and South Torrey Pines Drive late Tuesday as crews worked at the scene. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
