1 person dead after a bicycle crash near Friant Road and Audubon Drive (Fresno, CA)

On Wednesday afternoon, one person was killed following a two-vehicle accident near Friant Road.

As per the initial information, the fatal bicycle crash took place near Friant Road and Audubon Drive in which a bicycle and a pickup truck were involved. The preliminary investigation showed that a Ram truck struck a male bicyclist in his 50s for undetermined reasons.

At this time, it is unknown who had the right of way when the collision occurred. The man died of his injuries at the scene. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No further details are made available.

The crash remains under investigation.
