A two-vehicle crash hospitalizes a person while police have seized another person on Interstate 10 early Monday morning.
The two-vehicle crash took place at around 2:15 a.m. in the 7000 block of Interstate 10 East in the eastbound lanes, not far from North Foster Road.
According to police, a male driver smashed the rear end of another vehicle on the main lanes of I-10. Following the crash, the blow propelled the vehicle off the highway and through a fence near a landfill.
Medics shifted the driver of the second vehicle to a nearby hospital for minimal injuries.
However, police arrested the male driver on charges of DWI. As of now, police have not revealed the age and identity of the suspect.
