25-Year-Old William Fader Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Fort Worth (Fort Worth, TX)

In a tragic multi-vehicle accident early Thursday morning, a wrong-way crash on Texas 114 near Farm Road 156 in far north Fort Worth resulted in one fatality. The crash occurred around 12:40 a.m. 

A vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on 114 collided head-on with a semi-truck. The wrong-way driver, identified as 25-year-old William Fader, was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene, while a passenger in the car sustained injuries.

Weather conditions prevented Careflight assistance, but an ambulance transported the injured passenger to the hospital. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner identified the deceased driver, and Fort Worth police are conducting investigations. Notably, another deadly wrong-way fatal crash occurred on I-30 in west Fort Worth on the same day.
