Three motorists tragically lost their lives in a collision near the California-Nevada state line on Saturday, south of Cal-Nev-Ari and west of Laughlin. The incident involved a semi-truck and one or more motorcycles and occurred at state Route 163 and mile marker 11 near U.S. Highway 95 around 2:38 p.m.
The Clark County coroner’s office identified two of the victims as Owen Hart, 22, of Saint George, Utah, and Jeremy Gebo, 44. Following the crash, all roads were temporarily closed for investigation, with U.S. Highway 95 reopening around 5 p.m.
Nevada State Police’s public information officer, Kim Yoko Smith, provided updates regarding the incident.
