Motorcyclist killed after a two-vehicle collision in Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA)

On Saturday night, a man lost his life following a two-vehicle accident in Thousand Oaks.

As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place at about 6:20 p.m. near the intersection of Lynn Road and East Kelley Road. The preliminary investigation showed that a motorcycle and a crossover SUV vehicle crashed into each other for undetermined reasons.

The 24-year-old man riding the motorcycle succumbed to his injuries after the accident. The identity of the deceased will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. Officials shut down Lynn Road as crews worked at the scene. No other details are immediately available.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
