Man injured following a motorcycle crash in Grays Harbor County (Montesano, WA)

On Saturday afternoon, a 36-year-old man, from Seattle, suffered injuries after a high-speed crash in Grays Harbor County.

As per the initial information, the motorcycle accident took place on State Route 107, which connects Montesano with U.S. Highway 101. At approximately 1 p.m., the man was going west on U.S. Highway 12 near the town of Montesano. The motorcyclist was reportedly driving recklessly and passing other vehicles.

Four minutes later, officers were notified that the rider had crashed on southbound SR-107. On arrival, medical personnel airlifted the victim to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with unspecified injuries. No other details are immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
