A tragic collision claimed the life of a motorcyclist identified as Ramesh Babu Krishna Sastry, a 68-year-old resident of Los Gatos. The motorcycle accident occurred on November 22, around 2:45 p.m. The accident happened in an unincorporated area of Santa Clara County, situated between Morgan Hill and San Martin.
The collision, investigated by the California Highway Patrol, took place at the intersection of Uvas and Watsonville roads. Details surrounding the circumstances of the fatal crash have not been disclosed.
Sastry was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
