Authorities responded to a motorcycle crash that claimed an Adrian man’s life on Wednesday night. At 11:42 p.m., the accident occurred on Oakville Waltz road near Turtle Hill road in London Township. 

According to the troopers, a 62-year-old Adrian man was driving his Harley Davidson on Oakville Waltz road. He lost control along a curve, traveled off the road, and crashed into a ditch.

He was ejected from his motorcycle following the collision and suffered fatal injuries. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. 

It is unclear if drugs or alcohol are a factor in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.

The crash scene was assisted by Monroe Community Ambulance, The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Maybee, and Rainsinville Fire departments.
