According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle accident occurred in San Diego on Wednesday. The crash happened alongside County Route S2, near Agua Caliente County Park in the Anza-Borrego area at around 3 p.m.
According to the investigators, an unknown bicyclist and a 55-year-old man were involved in the collision.
The officials stated that the 55-year-old suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The San Diego Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
According to the deputies, it is unclear what caused the crash and if drugs or alcohol were a factor involved. The accident is still being investigated by the authorities.
