55-Year-Old Man Injured After A Motorcycle Crash In Cheboygan County (Cheboygan County, MI)

Authorities responded to a motorcycle crash that injured a Cheboygan man in Northern Michigan. The crash happened at the intersection of Riggsville road and Bryant road.

According to the officials, a 68-year-old Levering man was driving a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. He stuck the 55-year-old motorcyclist in an attempt to turn left onto Riggsville road. 

The motorcyclist landed on the road after being thrown from the 2003 Harley Davidson XL 1200. 

Cheboygan County Sheriff’s Office reports that the 55-year-old man was hospitalized with severe injuries. He was not wearing a seatbelt during the crash. 

The Silverado driver was not injured in the crash. The 68-year-old was issued a citation for failing to yield. 

Additional details regarding the crash are unavailable. The crash remains under investigation.
