52-Year-Old Dena Boyd Was Killed In A Motorcycle Accident In Napa Valley (Napa Valley, CA)

The California Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident that occurred in Napa Valley on Thursday. The officials confirmed that two people were killed in the accident.

According to the officials, the deceased victims were identified as 52-year-old Clearlake resident Dena Boyd and her husband Ronnie Boyd, a longtime Cal Fire firefighter in Northern California.

According to Vince Pompliano, the cause of the crash happened was that she and her husband were riding ran off Butts Canyon Road north of Pope Valley. The motorbike landed about 50 feet from the roadway in a dry creek bed. She had been airlifted to the hospital Sunday afternoon and died at the scene.

The events leading up to this collision are not yet known. The authorities are still investigating the cause of the fatal crash. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
