42-year-old Harry A Edwards dead after a motorcycle crash in Cobb County (Cobb County, GA)

Authorities identified 42-year-old Harry A Edwards, from Smyrna, as the man who lost his life following a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday evening in Cobb County.

The fatal motorcycle crash took place on Terrell Mill Road. The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2020 Honda CR-V with two people inside was making a left-hand turn from Terrell Mill Road to the Interstate 75 express lane. Just then, the motorcycle slammed into the right side of the CR-V. Due to the impact of the collision, the man was thrown from his Honda CBR on Terrell Mill Road.

On arrival, emergency personnel, rushed the motorcycle rider, identified as Harry A Edwards, to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital where he was later declared dead. None of the occupants of the CR-V were provided medical aid for their injuries. At this time, it is unknown if any charged are pending. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
